Applicant Requirements

To ensure a smooth and successful leasing experience, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

Credit

A minimum credit score of 600 is required. Credit history will be reviewed for on-time payment patterns, outstanding debt, and overall financial responsibility. Applications with prior evictions, landlord balances, or significant delinquencies will be denied.

Income

Household gross monthly income must be at least three (3) times the monthly rent. All income must be verifiable through acceptable documentation such as recent pay stubs, tax returns, or employer verification.

Background

All applicants 18 years and older must complete a background screening, which includes credit, criminal, and rental history checks.
